At Drink-Trip, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
